Print Sales Terms & Conditions

These Print Sales Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of photographic prints and related physical products sold by Seek & Capture Photography LLC through this website or other direct sales channels.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Products Offered

Seek & Capture Photography LLC offers photographic prints for sale, which may include open edition prints and limited edition prints, depending on the specific artwork.

All prints are sold as physical products only. The purchase of a print does not include digital files, reproduction rights, or licensing unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Made to Order Production

Most prints are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Production details:

  • Prints may be produced by Seek & Capture Photography LLC or by a professional third party print lab

  • Production timelines vary based on print size, material, and fulfillment method

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed


Delays caused by production constraints, shipping carriers, or events outside of reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Prints are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Seek & Capture Photography LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier


5. Returns, Damage, and Replacements

Because prints are custom produced, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or aesthetic preference.

Replacements may be offered in the following cases:

  • Prints damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects such as significant print flaws


To request a replacement:

  • Claims should be submitted to Seek & Capture Photography LLC within 14 days of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect must be provided

  • Original packaging should be retained until the claim is resolved


If approved, a replacement print will be produced and shipped. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

Claims are reviewed and processed by Seek & Capture Photography LLC, which coordinates resolution with its fulfillment partner in accordance with applicable partner claim timelines. Customers should not contact the fulfillment partner directly.
 

6. Color, Cropping, and Material Variation

Buyers acknowledge that:

  • Colors may vary between on screen displays and physical prints

  • Minor variations in color, brightness, contrast, or cropping are inherent to photographic printing

  • Such variations do not constitute defects


Seek & Capture Photography LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate representation, but exact color matching across devices and materials cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limited and Open Editions

Open Edition Prints

Open edition prints may be produced in unlimited quantities unless otherwise stated.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are produced in a fixed quantity as specified at the time of sale.

For limited editions:

  • The edition size is defined per image

  • Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints in that edition will be produced

  • Edition size may include all sizes or be size specific, as disclosed at the time of sale


Seek & Capture Photography LLC reserves the right to retire images or editions at its discretion.

8. Copyright and Use

All photographic works remain the intellectual property of Seek & Capture Photography LLC.

The purchase of a print grants the buyer the right to display the physical print for personal use only.

Buyers may not:

  • Reproduce or copy the image

  • Scan or digitize the print

  • Use the image for commercial purposes

  • Sell or license the image separately from the physical print


Any additional usage requires a separate written license agreement.
 

9. No Guarantees of Investment Value

Photographic prints are sold as artistic works and decorative products. No representation is made regarding future value, appreciation, or investment potential.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seek & Capture Photography LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of prints.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific print.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
