Social Media Usage Policy

This Social Media Usage Policy outlines expectations regarding the use and sharing of photographic images on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram.

For purposes of this Policy, “Company” refers to Seek & Capture Photography LLC.

1. Company Use of Images

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company may share images created during a photography session on the Seek & Capture Photography owned social media accounts for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If Client has requested that images remain private or not be shared publicly, the Company will honor that request in accordance with the Photography Services Agreement.

2. Client Use of Images

Clients are encouraged to share delivered images on personal or business social media accounts, subject to the usage rights granted in the Photography Services Agreement.

When sharing images on social media, Clients agree to:

• Credit Seek & Capture Photography where reasonable

• Tag the Seek & Capture Photography official account when possible

• Avoid applying heavy filters, overlays, or edits that materially alter the image

3. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not:

• Claim authorship of the images

• Remove watermarks or metadata where present

• Use images in paid advertisements, sponsored posts, or commercial promotions unless such use is expressly permitted under the Services Agreement or a separate written license

4. Third Party Sharing

Clients are responsible for how images are shared by third parties they authorize, including friends, family members, or collaborators. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized use by third parties beyond reasonable control.

5. Platform Terms

Clients acknowledge that social media platforms operate under their own terms of service, which may grant the platform certain rights to hosted content. The Company is not responsible for platform specific policies or enforcement.

6. Requests for Removal

If a Client requests removal of an image from Seek & Capture Photography owned social media accounts, the Company will consider the request in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Nothing in this policy transfers copyright or ownership of images. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Company.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.
