About This Form

Starting a project with Seek & Capture Photography begins with a short intake form. This helps me understand what you’re looking for, the general scope, and whether the project is a good fit. It’s not a contract or a commitment, just a way to start the conversation and gather a bit of context before we connect.

Not every detail needs to be finalized upfront. If you’re still figuring things out or just want to explore an idea, that’s completely fine. The form gives me a starting point so our conversation can be focused, helpful, and aligned with what you need.

Once the form is submitted, I’ll follow up to discuss details, answer questions, and determine next steps.

Photography sessions are currently scheduled on weekends only. Please keep this in mind when submitting your inquiry.

Please note that Seek & Capture Photography focuses on still photography projects and does not currently offer videography or aerial drone services.
